Programs

The Parks & Recreation Department offers programming for both youth and adults in the Belgrade and local communities.  Weekly updates may be found at our Belgrade Recreation Facebook page as well.

Youth

• After-School Enrichment Program (ASEP) occurs each day after school until 5:30 p.m. Primarily serving elementary-age students of Belgrade Central School, the program includes a snack, homework time, structured games and free play monitored by staff members. The daily cost is $10 per child for Town residents and $12 per child for non-residents.
• Kidzone is offered during scheduled early release days and teacher in service days as printed on the school calander. The cost for a 1/2 day is $12 per child and a full day is $18 per child for residents.  Non-residents 1/2 day $15 per child and full day $20 per child.  
• Vacation Camps are offered during school vacations, this program is from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The cost is $80 per child for Town residents and $100 for non residents, a multi child discount is available. Pre registration is required as there is limited space. 
• Camp Golden Pond is a summer day camp that serves children entering kindergartner to 12 years old. It is hosted at the Center for All Seasons, Camp Golden Pond offers youngsters opportunities to swim, play games, make crafts, take weekly field trips and more. Camp begins no less than one week after school is out and finishes at least one week prior to school starting and is open each weekday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m..(Closed on July 4th)The cost is $90 per week per child for Town residents and $135 for non-residents, a multi child discount is available. • Sailing Camp is a half day summer program with collaboration from Great Pond Yacht Club beginning on July 7th-August 14th.  Offerind Sailing opportunities to children Ages 9-17.  Information and sign ups can be found at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C054DA8A72BA2F4C25-55844832-sail#/

Adults

• Monday & Thursday Morning Wake-up Walk is at 9:00am and attendees should bring a change of shoes. The group walks one mile and does a series of light exercises between laps.
• Ping-pong is at 5:30 p.m. on Mondays. The drop-in fee is $2.
• Coffee and Conversation is at 10 a.m. Tuesdays. The gathering often consists of seniors who enjoy one another’s company over steaming cups of joe. Anyone who brings treats is looked upon very favorably. There is no charge for the coffee.
• Pickleball is at 10:00am on Monday and at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday and Friday at CFAS during Rain through June12th. The drop-in fee is $1 for residents and $2 for non-residents.  After June 12th all Pickleball will be played outside daily at the Belgrade Central School.  8:30-11::30 or first come first serve.
• Water Aerobics is Monday at 10:00 am and 5:00 pm at CFAS in our pool June-August.  Residents are free and are encouraged to make a donation.
